Justice for evil

Cheney, Rumsfeld, Bybee and Yoo should be prosecuted.

But they won't be because the case cannot be won.

But they can -- and should be -- publicly shunned.

If you see them, turn your back.

In an auditorium, the public should rise, turn their backs, and walk out.

Shunning is as old as our Republic. It is a tough LIFE SENTENCE!

Washington is getting 'jiggy' about O's inauguration. How will people get here? Where will they stay? Will there be enough porta-potties? Metro simply is UNABLE to move millions. And if it's really MILLIONS -- early estimate was four, now revised down to two. Is there enough room on The Mall for people to even STAND?
Tune back for an update.
We live right downtown and people we scarcely know are suddenly close friends, and will be staying overnight. Well, it is a once-in-a-lifetime event. Can't blame anybody.
The whole thing sounds like a stampede in The Nut House!
I'll get a great view via TV from my beloved couch.

NASA has blasted seven 'astronauts' to add component to the 'space station.' This strikes me as utterly absurd and, given pressing human needs on earth right now, an immoral waste.

Sandy asks whether the purpose may be, ultimately, military -- 'seize the high ground.' (And she points out that nations are rushing, similarly, to seize the sea-bed of the Arctic Ocean. This may bee the only explanational which is halfway plausible.
